Who We Serve & What We Do : Compassionate Community Care provides supportive services and specialized care to meet the needs of those who need help with activities of daily living. This includes anyone who needs assistance in their own homes, including seniors; young mothers; people convalescing after surgery, injury or illness; people living with a disability; and people living with HIV or AIDS. We have contracts with various community organizations that enable to provide care to San Francisco residents who cannot afford private duty care. This includes the Community Living Fund, Institute on Aging Linkages and Multi-Purpose Senior Services Program (MSSP), Tenderloin Health, Westside Community Services and Sutter VNA & Hospice. Our caregivers can assist you whether for a few hours to long term 24 hours a day. Services available: · Hourly to 24 hours live in care assistance · Companionship o Conversation o Reading o Assist with entertaining o Arts and Crafts o Movies o Games · Supervision & Observation. · Medication Reminder · Assist with daily living activities o Bathing o Grooming o Dressing · Meal o Planning o Preparation o Diet monitoring § Low sugar & No salt diets · Escort Assistance o To and from doctors visits o Shopping & Errands o To and from religious services · Assist with exercises · Light House Cleaning o Laundry o Ironing o Garbage take out o Dishwashing o Bed making o Dusting o Organizing o Vacuuming · And much more.	CCC provide consistent quality care to those in need; we create a compassionate caring atmosphere where our clients feel motivated to thrive and maintain independence for a better quality of life in their own homes.
